Bralian Nobility: Raised with the finest tutors and bred to be the best, Prince Andru is well educated and a natural leader. He has a +2 inherent bonus to Charisma as well as Noble Scion as a bonus feat.

Magical Items: Prince Andru is a master of transfiguring magical equipment into rings that retain their same magical effects. Items he has in ring form include an amulet of proof against detection and location, a body wrap of might strikes +5, a cloak of resistance +5, a mantle of spell resistance, boots of teleportation, and truesight goggles. His ring of major spell storing contains a time stop spell. The effects of his various items are as follows:
* amulet of mental superiority +6: Grants a +6 enchantment bonus to Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma.
* lavender and green ellipsoid: Absorbs all spells of 8th level or lower. After 50 levels of spells it becomes useless.
* orange prism: Increases caster level by one.
* pale green prism: Grants a +1 competence bonus to attack rolls, saves, skill checks, and ability checks.
* ring of evasion: When succeeding a saving throw to take half damage, take no damage instead.
* ring of freedom of movement: Constantly under the effects of a freedom of movement spell.
* ring of major spell storing: Stores up to 10 levels of spells.
* ring of mighty strikes: +5 to attack rolls and damage with natural weapons twice per round.
* ring of proof against detection and location: Protects from scrying like nondetection. Divination spells cast on the wearer require a caster level check DC 19 to function.
* ring of protection +5: Grants a +5 deflection bonus to AC.
* ring of resistance +5: Grants a +5 resistance bonus to all saves.
* ring of teleportation: May teleport three times per day as if casting the teleport spell.
* ring of truesight: Constantly benefits from a true seeing spell. May use analyze dweomer once per day on command.

Ring Mastery (Ex): Prince Andru can wear and benefit from up to ten magical rings. Each magical ring that he benefits from past the first two cause him to give up another magic item slot. With ten rings equipped, Prince Andru does not have access to the following magic item slots: head, headband, eyes, shoulders, belt, wrists, hands, and feet.

Wishes Prince Andru has used the wish spell to raise his Charisma five times.

The second son of King Frun, Andru and his brother Calar spent their young adult years as adventurers, where they both met their future lovers. While Calar studied martial combat, Andru turned instead to the study of magic. Further, while Calar was every bit as inept as his father, Andru was brilliant, charismatic, and only second-in-line for the throne. Six days after Calar became king, however, he died in a mysterious accident that left Andru to become regent until Calar’s then unborn sun, Aric, came of age. In the time he undid the damage of his father’s rule and has made Bral into the most thriving economy in the Known Spheres. While his nephew has recently come of age and been married, Andru seems to have no plans to abdicate the throne.
